Extended Customer Care Hours
Customer Care Representatives are now available to support customer calls during evening hours – until 6:00 p.m. EST. The Customer Care team’s desire was to extend service to customers in the Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones.
On October 2, Cres Cor’s hours of business changed to 8:00 a.m – 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. The Customer Care Team may also be contacted 24 hours per day on the toll-free fax at 800-822-0393 with a guaranteed response the next business day.
